Vessel ran from Sandusky, OH, across bay to Cedar Point. Was retired from service in 1952. Towed to Sturgeon Bay, WI, in 1955, for use as floating machine shop. As of April CHIPS, this boat is under renovation efforts 1983.
IBM has donated $2,828 for a fire alarm system. Oglebay Norton Co. has donated four life boats, and Associated Suppliers Inc. has donated 557 gallons of paint. Ahber Sheet Metal Inc. is donating sheet metal used for the stack. |
