Built as an excursion steamer for service to Bois Blanc (Bob-Lo) and Belle Isle. Extensively rebuilt as an auto and passenger ferry for the Detroit-Windsor cross-river ferry service in 1924. Converted to tug in 1943 to tow pulp rafts between Nipigon And Ashland, WI, across Lake Superior. |
