History First enrollment issued at Cleveland, OH, on April 19, 1862. While upbound with coal barge in tow, sunk in collision with downbound steamer ROBERT HOLLAND, on July 24, 1906, at head of Belle Isle, Detroit River; no lives lost. While wreck was sunk, to westward of Windmill Point ranges and opposite Peche Island buoy, was struck by downbound steamer SATURN, the following night, carrying away smoke stack. Wreck proceeded to go to pieces.
