Disposition | Sunk by submarine while in convoy from Halifax for Manchester, May 12, 1943, in position 46.05N x 25.20W, north of the Azores. Thirty-eight lives were lost, 2 crew members were taken prisoner, and two survivors spent forty-seven days at sea before being rescued. |
