History Received first enrollment at Port Huron, MI, June 7, 1872. Ran aground at Point au Pelee, Lake Erie, in October 1872, $11,500 loss. Ran aground near the mouth of the Manistique River, MI, in October 1881. In collision with and sank steamer LAKE ERIE near Poverty Island in Lake Michigan on November 24, 1881. Capsized and sank at Duluth, MN, on June 25, 1906; later raised.
Disposition Burned to total loss at Sturgeon Bay, WI, May 11, 1915.
