SCHOELLKOPF, JR.: Ran aground off Belle Isle, Detroit River, on June 13, in early a.m., going into Edison Dock; was released three hours later by 2 Great Lakes Towing Co. tugs.Hit a buoy off Sandusky, OH, during a snowstorm about December 2, 1976, but was able to free herself and proceed on her trip. Caught cable in propeller early in June, 1977, and put in to Lorain, OH, for a few days. |
