Disposition Burst a steam pipe one-half mile off Chocolay Reef, Marquette, MI, Lake Superior, on September 29, 1895, with schooners MOONLIGHT and HENRY A. KENT in tow. Stranded on reef and became a total loss; no lives lost. Schooners later released.
