History Commissioned on March 3, 1943.As LST 467, served in the following Pacific invasions: Lae (September, 1943); Cape Gloucester, New Britain (December, 1943-February, 1944); Hollandia (April, 1944); Western New Guinea (May, 1944-September, 1944); Leyte (October, 1944); Lingayen Gulf (January, 1945); Southern Philippines (March, 1945); Tarakan Island (April, 1945). Returned to U.S. and decommissioned, May 28, 1946. Removed from Navy List, June 5, 1946. Sold to National Metal & Steel Co., Terminal Island, CA, on November 22, 1946.
Disposition Reportedly foundered in February, 1979.
