Disposition | Sunk in collision with schooner IRONTON, September 26, 1894, off Presque Isle, MI, Lake Huron; five lives lost on schooner. Schooner was in tow of propeller C.J. KERSHAW, along with schooner MOONLIGHT; the latter vessel rescued crew of OHIO. IRONTON also sank. OHIO was downbound from Duluth for Ogdensburg, NY, with 900 tons of flour and feed. |
