History | Sunk in collision with propeller PARKS FOSTER, October 6, 1895, just above Southeast Bend, St. Clair River, along with schooner ITASCA. The schooners, along with D.S. AUSTIN, were in tow of tug KITTIE HAIGHT. The MARY was loaded with supplies for lumber camps on the upper lakes. Hull was reportedly removed by February 28, 1898. |
