As MONTREALAIS: Collided with British tanker ATHELTEMPLAR in Montreal harbor, August 3, 1962; minor damage.
Ran aground near Three Rivers, P.Q., St. Lawrence River, c.November 21, 1967; suffered 19 damaged plates.
Collided head on with the ALGOBAY while downbound in the St. Clair River in dense fog on June 25, 1980. Her bow was heavily damaged; however, there were no casualties. She was repaired at Port Weller Dry Docks, and returned to service on September 23.
