Was built to tow barge WILTRANCO I, in coal trade, Toledo-Buffalo.As FRANCIS A SMALL: Snapped towline of barge WILTRANCO I in gale off Sturgeon Point, Lake Erie, October 26, 1967. Towline wrapped around starboard propeller; put into Buffalo, NY, with crack in hull. Barge went aground 5 1/2 miles west of Buffalo.
Disposition Out of documentation sometime between 1982-1988.
