History Suffered twisted stem from collision with steamer F.R. HAZARD c.15 miles west of Whitefish Point, Lake Superior, in fog, on June 12, 1920. Repairs made at Superior Ship Building Co. SMITH was upbound light.
Disposition Scrapped by Steel Co. of Canada, Ltd., Hamilton, Ont., in 1946. After lying at Erie, PA, 1945-1946, passed down, Port Colborne, December 2, 1946, on tow of tugs HELENA and TOWMASTER, bound for Hamilton, Ontario.
