As L.C. SMITH: Struck starboard side just after leaving narrow channel at Sailors' Encampment, St. Marys River, July 29, 1906. Suffered bad leak in cargo hold; lightered 1000 tons of iron ore; released on July 31, and spent two weeks in dry dock for repairs. Had eighteen damaged plates. |
Disposition

Passed down Welland Canal under own power, October 3, 1961, for Quebec. Arrived in tow, December 13, 1961, at Savona, Italy, for scrapping. |
