History Sold to the U.S. Navy in April, 1918, for conversion to troop transport; commissioned on November 20, 1918. Decommissioned at New York, September 30, 1919, and sold.
Disposition Struck Rock of Ages Reef, Isle Royale, Lake Superior, on May 27, 1933, bound from Hancock, MI, for Fort William, Ont., slid off into deep water shortly thereafter. No lives lost.
