As WAYNE: Along with schooner barge S.H. FOSTER, in tow of propeller L.L. BARTH, stranded fourteen miles west of Portage Ship Canal, Lake Superior, two miles west of the stamp mill at Fourteen Mile Point; no lives lost. Vessel gotten off and redocumented. Casualty occurred on October 9, 1906.
