GLOSSBRENNER: Ran aground November 21, 1967, at Three Rivers, P.Q., making gash one inch wide and twelve feet long in Number One hold.Struck uncharted boulder or other unidentified object as entering Midland Harbour on January 4, 1976, with a load of storage grain. Vessel began to take on water and the V.W. SCULLY was shifted from her berth by the grain elevator so that the cargo aboard the GLOSSBRENNER could be unloaded. Suffered large gash below waterline. |
