- History: Commissioned on June 22, 1945. Served out of Pearl Harbor, 1945-1946. Served remainder of Career in Pacific and Southeast Asia areas. Decommissioned on August 13, 1971, and placed in reserve status.
- Disposition: Removed from Naval Register on August 15, 1973. In 1975 towed from Naval Undersea Center, San Diego, CA, to Naval Torpedo Station, Keyport, WA, for use as test target for torpedoes. Still there in 1982.
