Caught fire and was beached on east end of Kelleys Island, Lake Erie, OH, on August 8, 1911. Fire brought under control by sand dredges ALBERT Y. GOWAN and MARY H., with fire being confined to forward end. The next day the wind turned her around from a NNW position until she was heading south. On August 14, 1911, she caught fire in the after end and burned to a total loss. Loss estimate at $50,000. Her hull was sold at a U.S. Marshal's sale; engine and boilers removed in 1914 by William Ellory of Detroit, MI.
