cargo of iron ore, from Escanaba, MI, on May 28, 1906. After
line was picked up by tug T.C. LUTZ, took a heavy sea over bow,
filled, and sank at daybreak one and one-half miles west of
Cleveland harbor entrance. Crew rescued by tugs LUTZ and
WILLIAM KENNEDY, with one life being lost. Vessel valued at
$22,000, cargo at $7,500, for a total of $29,500.
