As SILVER BAY; Propeller wheel fouled anchor chain of Buoy 34, at head of Rock Cut, St. Mary's River, on November 8, 1970. Vessel swung across channel, obstructing traffic for ten hours.

As JUDITH M. PIERSON; Ran aground on bank at Niagara-on-the-Lake, July 31, 1977; freed after three tugs spent about nine hours working with her.
Disposition Turned over to Port Maitland Shipbreaking, Ltd., at Toronto, Ontario, May 1, 1984, for scrapping at Port Maitland, Ontario,
