Re-entered Canadian registry on April 7, 1978, after extended operation under Bermudan registry.
As FORT CHAMBLY: Grounded while upbound in the St. Marys River off Six Mile Point on August 20, 1980. She was freed after lightering a portion of her fuel oil. There was no apparent damage.
Disposition Sold for scrap March 10, 1984-reported. Arrived at Aliaga, Turkey on September 19, 1989.
