History Resold through Poul Christensen, Denmark, through Eckhardt & Co., Hamburg, Germany, to Spanish shipbreakers. Towed out of Toronto by tug GRAEME STEWART, June 21, 1968, but stopped at Kingston because of Seaway strike. Down Seaway, August 6, 1968, in tow of tugs SALVAGE MONARCH and JAMES BATTLE. Arrived in tow, along with steamer CAPTAIN C.D. SECORD, at Santander, Spain, on September 13, 1968, for scrapping.
