Renamed PERE MARQUETTE 16, Grand Haven, MI, October 9, 1901.
Ran Conneaut, OH to Port Dover and Port Stanley, Ontario, 1895-1898. From 1898-1901, ran Muskegon-Milwaukee, then, after 1901, Ludington-Milwaukee. Chartered to Ann Arbor Railroad Co. in 1906; same year also chartered to Wisconsin & Michigan Railroad, running Peshtigo-South Chicago as replacement to lost car ferry barge NO. 2. Condemned in 1907 as car ferry.
Disposition Sunk in collision with propeller QUINCY A. SHAW, May 3, 1922, in thick fog about two miles off Two Harbors, MN, Lake Superior. Was in tow of propeller C.W. JACOBS; no loss of life.
