History As JOHN O. MCKELLAR: In collision with motor vessel CAP BRETON on July 8, 1974, off St. Nicholas River, St. Lawrence River; port side at No. 6 tank side shell plating set in heavily and rivets were sheared off. Bumped lock wall at Iroquois on July 30, 1974, causing some bow damage.
June 28, 1984 at Port Maitland, the stern was cut off.
As ELMGLEN: Converted to a barge, 1996.
