Was on voyage from Chicago for Buffalo with corn; no lives lost.As PHENIX: October 8, 1910, went ashore 5 miles above South Bay Point, north shore Lake Ontario, with 1900 tons coal. Taken off on October 20 and towed to Ogdensburg for repairs.
