History Used by Illinois Naval Reserve, out of Chicago, 1917-1946. As EASTLAND: Rolled over at dock with Western Electric Co. excursion aboard, Chicago, IL, in Chicago River, July 24, 1915. Although loss numbers vary, at least eight hundred twelve persons drowned.
Disposition Scrapped at Chicago, IL, in 1948.
