History Sold to U.S. Marine Hospital Service at Port Huron, MI, on October 14, 1899. Transferred to U.S.C.G., 1916, and to U.S. Navy in 1917. With Navy, used as patrol boat on East Coast. Transferred back to U.S.C.G. on August 28, 1919.While with U.S.M.H.S., 1899-1916, used along southern east coast (Savannah, GA, coast of Florida) as a fumigating steamer.
Disposition Sold out of service on June 22, 1920, to Charles Fording, of Baltimore, MD. Ultimate disposition unknown.
